Occasionally, you may notice that you didn't receive a gift card and instead your points were returned after you answered a few surveys. We deny gift card requests from any account that is banned for violating our Terms Of Service.
Sometimes accounts and responses require a second look and the gift cards are denied prematurely. When this occurs, the points are returned and the account remains active so members are free to redeem a new gift card in its place.
