If you're having trouble uploading a photo, here are some things you can try.

  • If you are using a mobile phone and do not see the button to submit your photo, scroll down to the bottom of the page to see it.

  • All mobile devices and operating systems differ so while some may work, others may not. If you have access to a laptop or desktop device, try completing the application there.

  • Be sure that you do not click the button to upload your photo twice. This may lead to an error message indicating that you can only upload one image.
