How Do I Pause My Account?

      We get it-life happens, or maybe you just don't have as much free time as you use to. Whatever the case may be we give you the option to pause your account and secure your points until you are ready to tap again.




    To pause your account:

  •  Log in to then click the Profile icon in the top right corner of your screen. 
  • Select My Account from the drop-down menu.
  •  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Pause Account”.
  •  This will open a window for you to send in a request to pause your account, and you will be removed from Crowdtap’s mailing list. 
  • If your account is paused and you wish to resume your membership, reach out to the Support Team.
