To pause your account, log in to Crowdtap then click the Profile icon on the top right side of your screen. Select My Account from the drop down menu. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Pause Account. Your account will immediately be paused, which means you’ll stop getting emails from us, but you can reactivate your account at any time.
