Once you've completed your profile, the information is locked and can't be changed again for 3 months. Your account will show the date that you can change your profile, but this feature is only available from a desktop or laptop.
Please note: Your personal information may not affect the surveys and sampling opportunities you receive. If you've moved, you can add a new address at the end of each sampling application. Some information, like your age and date of birth, can't be changed per our terms of service.
