Where's my gift card?

Rewards are approved and delivered within 2 business days of redemption. If your reward was requested on a Friday, it may be delivered on Tuesday. We work hard to make sure your rewards get to you as soon as possible. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders and add noreply@tangocard.com to your email address contacts to help ensure successful delivery.
