If your points look different after you have redeemed a gift card this could be because the gift card was denied. When a gift card is denied the points go back to a members account once they complete an action.
Otherwise, a point and reward history feature will be coming to Crowdtap member accounts. At that time you'll be able to see whether you have received points for actions you've completed.
Once the new feature is active in your account, we'd be happy to award you any points that were not applied.
