Why don’t I get Crowdtap emails anymore?

If you aren't getting email notifications from Crowdtap that you did in the past, your email provider may have marked them as spam. Check your spam folder for those messages. Sometimes, if you are receiving multiple emails from one sender, an email server will mark them as spam. If you see any in your spam folder, please mark them as legitimate emails. Also, add donotreply@crowdtap.com to your address book so that your email server recognizes the sender as a friend.
