My account verification was rejected, what should I do?

If you received a message that your account hasn't been verified, please reach out to our support team (support@crowdtap) to find why you were not verified and how it can be corrected before you submit another verification request. 

Typical reasons your account may not have been verified include: 
There is already another Crowdtap account under the name provided
Your information didn't match public records
There is no record of your personal information (e.g. phone number, address) associated with your name
