I already have an account and can't log in!

You always have to log in to Crowdtap the same way that you originally signed up. This means if you signed up through Facebook, you can only log in via Facebook, and if you signed up with an email address, you can only log in with that email address and password.

Most login issues can be resolved by clearing your cache, deleting your cookies, and restarting your browser and/or device. 
  • If you signed up with Facebook and are having trouble logging in via Facebook, log out of any other Facebook accounts on your device. 
  • If you get a message saying “Please connect a valid Facebook account” when signing in, you can find additional help here.
