Why do I have to verify my account again? I already connected my Facebook!

To protect everyone's information and to keep Crowdtap protected from spam we have partnered with a 3rd party that matches data you provide us with public records.

At 800 points, you’ll be prompted to verify your account by submitting personal information to our team for review. In order to protect the integrity of the Crowdtap community and ensure all gift cards are early fairly, we match the personal information you provide us with to public records (ex: residence files & telephone files) to confirm your identity.

This ensures that your identity is protected and that no one is using your identity to claim rewards. It also protects the integrity of the Crowdtap community to ensure no gift cards are redeemed unfairly.

Our system pulls the matches and then our team manually reviews them to minimize errors. Once your account is validated, you’ll qualify to redeem points for gift cards on Crowdtap. Any gift cards you redeem will be in your inbox within 24 hours!
