Why am I having trouble confirming my email address?
Please follow these instructions to confirm your email address:
- Hit the “resend email” button on your portal
- Open your most recent confirmation email (the others will not work)
- Now, before you click on anything in the email, please make sure that you are logged into Crowdtap. The email will bring you to a Crowdtap page, which will be unavailable if you are not logged in.
Not receiving any of the confirmation emails? Since we send a lot of emails, our emails might be getting bounced or marked as spam. Make sure to add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book so your email service recognizes us as a friend!
