Why am I not getting my Crowdtap emails anymore?

If you aren't getting email notifications from Crowdtap that you did in the past, your email provider has probably marked them as spam. Please follow these steps below to resolve the issue:
  • First, make sure that your email notification settings look right on your Crowdtap emails. You should only receive the notifications that you have checked off.
  • Checking your spam folder for those messages! Sometimes, if you are receiving multiple emails from one sender, an email server will mark these as spam. If you see them, please mark them as legitimate emails.
  • Other times, if you move just one Crowdtap email to spam, or delete a bunch a time, an email browser may recognize that sender as being spammy and that you are trying to get rid of it. The best thing to do is to add donotreply@crowdtap.com to your address book so that your email server recognizes the sender as a friend!
